All items purchased from www.vpraj.in are dispatched within 1 working day from the date of order.

We use both air and road transportation. Based on your location and availability, the most suitable shipping method is selected to ensure faster delivery.

Shipping charges depend on the weight/volume of the items and will be calculated automatically during checkout. Delivery time within India is typically 4–7 working days. Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking number so you can track your shipment on the respective courier’s website.

In rare cases, delays may occur due to customs issues, courier delays, stock unavailability, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we always try our best to ensure timely delivery.

If your order does not reach you within 30 days within India, we will resend the order (no refund allowed in this case). For international orders, if the package does not reach within 60 days, we will reship the items (refund not permitted).

If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, we will reship your order only after receiving the correct address from you. In this case, the customer must pay the shipping charges again as it is due to customer error.

Customs charges or taxes, if applicable, must be paid by the customer. However, such charges are rare.
