We hereby agree to proceed with the purchase of the mentioned goods/services as discussed. The details of the purchase, including product specifications, quantity, price, payment terms, delivery schedule, and other conditions, will be governed strictly as per the Purchase Agreement mutually agreed upon and signed by both parties.

This agreement shall be binding upon acceptance and will remain valid as per the agreed terms and conditions. Any modifications or amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and with consent from both parties.
