Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
All original tags and packaging must be intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for sending the product back.
Once we receive and verify the product, we will issue a refund or replacement as per policy.
Please note: return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@vpraj.in.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our return policy.
Exceptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or cancellations for:
• Opened, worn, or washed undergarments
• Products without original packaging or tags
• Gift cards or promotional/free items
